SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Thank You for Submitting a Repair form!

Now that you have completed a Repair form By Filling out, Printing the Page for a hard copy, & Finally Submitting the Repair form Please Follow the instructions Below.

Shipping Process

1) Please take the device and the printed version of the repair form to a Shipping Carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) of your choice.  Getting the device to Imagin is at your discretion, you will need to set up the shipment to Imagin through your Carrier.  Our Ship to Address is on the Top Left of the Repair form.

2) Please make sure to keep the printed version inside the box with your device when you seal it for shipping.  Please keep track of the Tracking information the carrier has provided you with as you will be able to track your own package to us. 

Once Received

1)  Once your shipment is received by Imagin, Imagin will alert you via the email you provided on the Repair form.  

2) After being checked in we will begin the evaluation stage of your device which an take up to 3 days but very often is done under a day. 

3) After Evaluation we send a Quickbooks Estimate to the email provided on the Repair form. Once Approved by clicking on the "Review & Approve" Portion of the estimate we will begin the repair phase.

4) The repair phase can take up to 5 days with an average of 2-3.  Once the repair phase is completed and the device passes all post repair testing we will issue an Invoice via QuickBooks.  Once the Invoice is paid we will ship your device back using UPS.  A UPS tracking email will be sent to you from UPS.
